It has several subsidiaries: Qianfan Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2010 and Nanning Millennium Bug Crafts Co., Ltd. was established in 2013, Zhongshan Appe Lighting Co., Ltd. was found in 2014 with Nberlighting established. It was restructured into a listed company as Nanning Millennium Arts & Crafts Stock Co. Ltd. in March 2016 and founded the Nberhome furniture brand.
